Original data for the study: Wei, et al. Phenanthrene biodegradation and metabolic process under oxygen deficiency associated with the potential of CO2-emission-reduction by Pseudomonas stutzeri YWX-1 (in preparation)
The dataset primarily consists of legacy data which was not shown in the supporting information, including the growth of strain YWX-1, phenanthrene biodegradation, and the transformation of exogenous terminal electron acceptors, in anoxic phenanthrene-contaminated environments.
Three sheets are included in an Excel file named "Open data for Anoxic PHE biodegradation and metabolic process by strain YWX-1.xlsx" as follows:
