Draft genome sequence of new strains in phylum Rhodothermaeota. Rubrivirga

Phylum Rhodothermaeota includes some genera isolated from ecologically diverse environments; e.g. hydrothermal vent, hypersaline environment, and marine. However, most described species are halophiles, and marine and hydrothermal vent species are limited. We have newly analyzed genomes of species isolated from marine environment. These will be useful to improve our understanding of phylum Rhodothermaeota.
