Gene expression and intron retention analysis of ZCRB1-knockdown human cells

ZCRB1 is a RNA binding protein involved in the Minor Spliceosome. Here, we used shRNAs to knock down ZCRB1 in HCT116 cells to analysis the function of ZCRB1 in gene expression and intron retention. Overall design: We analysed RNA from negative control HCT116 (shNC) cells and two ZCRB1-knockdown (shZCRB1-1 and shZCRB1-2) cells. For each condition, mRNA-seq analysis was conducted in triplicate from three independent expriments. We compare ZCRB1-knockdown cells vs WT cells.
