Cell-Type-Specific Responses to the Microbiota Across All Tissues of the Larval Zebrafish

The transcriptional responses of the host zebrafish to the presence of the microbiota was assessed across all cell types throughout the larval body at single cell resolution. The goal of this work is to generate a resource for generating new hypotheses about the intricate interactions between animal hosts and their microbiota.
