资源简介:
Data used for the analyses in Carter, Lee, Marshall, Torrents Ticó & Cowlishaw "Phenotypic assortment in wild primate networks: implications for the dissemination of information"
Each year has 6 text files, 3 for each troop ("J" and "L"). The first is an "attributes" file, which contains the phenotypes for the coded individuals. The attributes are: "TimeInspect", the individuals' boldness scores; "Sex", the individuals' sex; "relativeRank", the individuals' standardised rank in the dominance hierarchy; and, "Age", the individuals' estimated age. The second and third files for each troop for each year are the grooming ("GROOM") and proximity ("NN") social networks. Note that the codes are not conserved between years.
