Synthea generated breast cancer patients with enhanced data, to perform benchmarking of PRomop PatientRecord v. raw OMOP

This dataset is a synthetic breast-cancer cohort exported from PRomop (PatientRecord on OMOP) for reproducibility of the benchmark reported in the accompanying paper. The file contains 100 patients from the SYNTHEA-BCorganization and was generated with PRomop’sexport_org_patientsmanagement command after full OMOP-to-PatientRecord refresh. Each patient record includes the flattenedPatientRecord row together with the associated OMOP clinical tables used to derive it, enabling direct comparison between materialized projection reads and live OMOP reconstruction. The cohort originated from Synthea-generated breast-cancer data imported into PRomop’s OMOP CDM layer and was selectively enhanced only where needed to supply clinically necessary decision-ready elements that were absent or incomplete in the generator output, rather than being manually authored as flat benchmark rows. This bundle contains no real patient data.
