Data for MesoMem: A mesoscale membrane model based on an additive potential

The objective of this research is to develop and validate a novel computational model of lipid membranes to better understand their structural and dynamical properties. Data collection was performed utilizing the LAMMPS molecular dynamics software to generate raw trajectory data, which was subsequently processed using Python-based analytical scripts. The resulting dataset consists of <strong>numerical data</strong> representing physical coordinates, velocities, and thermodynamic variables, alongside the secondary derived metrics produced during the analysis phase.
