The first part of the الفتاوی العالمکیریة, or Legal Decisions compiled by order of Aurangzîb, by Shaikh NIẒÂM and other Indian lawyers. The work was printed at Calcutta, A.H. 1243, and at Bûlâḳ, A.H. 1282. Cf. Baillie, Moohummudan Law of Salo, p.v. Beginning: الحمدلله رب العالمین...کتاب الطهارة و فیه سبعة ابواب الباب الاول فی الوضوء و فیه خمسة فصول. The present volume comprises the five books on the spiritual law.
