The sequencing of 16S rRNA genes of bacteria from three different field soils.. rhizosphere bacterium

Three different field soils were used to analyze the bacterial communities of tomato roots and bulk soils. Field soils were collected from three sites in Japan: Kyoto University (Kyoto), Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (Fuchu), and Kyoto University of Advanced Sciences (Kameoka). Soil from each field was mixed with the sterilized Toyoura sand in a volume ratio of 1:9. Tomatoes were cultivated for 3 weeks. Tomato roots and bulk soils were sampled, and DNA was extracted. The V4 region of 16S rRNA genes was amplified using PCR.
