NASA RR-3 Brain Dataset

This dataset is cited in the study titled "Spatially resolved multiomics on the neuronal effects induced by spaceflight". This dataset contains the following: Counts data for each brain tissue section including corresponding spot coordinates and images processed by Spaceranger; final object containing the deconvolution results processed using Stereoscope; final analysed objects, corresponding metadata file and final rmarkdown html document showing the final plots from the multiomics analysis; and final analysed seurat object with ST clusters and corresponding annotations. The metabolic analysis files and output files required to perform the analysis are under the data_metabolic_analysis.zip folder.
