Multivariate inflammatory Gut–Liver–Metabolic Syndrome (mvIGLMS)

GWAS Summary Statistics Derived from Genomic Structural Equation Modeling of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Metabolic Syndrome Traits. Core phenotypes of IBD and MetS, including central obesity (BMI), insulin resistance (T2D), dyslipidemia (elevated triglycerides, TG), hypertension (HTN), and liver phenotype (NAFLD), were selected for analysis. Emphasizing inflammation as the common pathological driver across gastrointestinal, hepatic, and metabolic systems, the pathological connections between chronic low‐grade inflammation and the gut–liver–metabolic axis were examined. The resulting multivariate structural equation model is termed “mvIGLMS.”
