Raw data are provided in the .xls files, and the data analysed are provided in the .csv files and the provided .R script files contain the code used to analyse each experiment in the data.
Software required to view the READ ME file is Microsoft word, software to view the .xls and .csv files is Microsoft excel, and R is required to run the analysis.
