Data and analysis code for "Artificial Intelligence–Integrated Versus Conventional Colposcopy for Detection of CIN2+: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis"

This dataset supports a systematic review and meta-analysis comparing conventional and artificial intelligence (AI)-integrated colposcopy within the same study populations. The outcome was detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse (CIN2+). The archive contains study-level diagnostic counts extracted or reconstructed from published reports, pooled sensitivity and specificity estimates, R code for the main analysis and selected sensitivity analyses, and Python code for the study-selection diagram and forest plots. The main analysis included four studies with 1,771 women, of whom 407 had CIN2+. The data are aggregate and contain no individual patient records. PROSPERO registration: CRD420261431927.
