Data supporting - A dietary hazard index for screening radionuclides in food (Hdiet): a committed-dose framework with an explicit dietary-fraction parameter
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the software and supplementary material for the Dietary Hazard Index (Hdiet), a food-specific radiological screening index proposed in the article “A Dietary Hazard Index (Hdiet) for screening radionuclides in food: formulation, application to biodiversity-sourced Brazilian flours and complementary ATR-FTIR characterisation of the food matrix”. Hdiet expresses the annual committed effective dose from ingested radionuclides as a fraction of a reference dose, combining ICRP ingestion dose coefficients, a reference annual food consumption and an explicit dietary-fraction parameter f, so that the same measurements can be read under different intake scenarios and for different age groups. Repository contents: Hdiet_Calculator.exe: Desktop program for Windows (no installation required) that calculates Hdiet from measured activity concentrations. Every intake scenario is computed at once (f = 1, f = 0.1, population average f = m/M and a habitual consumer eating a fixed daily portion); a partial index is reported when only some radionuclides were measured; measurement uncertainties are propagated; several foods can be combined in a diet basket; and all parameters, including the age-dependent ICRP 72/119 ingestion dose coefficients, form an editable database. The executable is not digitally signed, so Windows may display a security warning; select “More info” and then “Run anyway”. Supplementary_Material_Hdiet.docx: Supplementary Material of the article (Figs. S1–S5 and Tables S1–S7): quality diagnostics of the raw ATR-FTIR spectra, the constrained spectral subtraction, the sensitivity of PCA and HCA to the corrected spectra and the PCA scores, the complete correlation results between spectral descriptors and radiometric and elemental variables, the class-level summary, and the age-specific ingestion dose coefficients and Hdiet screening limits.
