Home cage based motor learning platform PiPaw2.0
收藏资源简介:
This data repository contains detailed information from a study using the PiPaw2.0 system, an advanced behavioral testing framework for mice. The system includes a modified mouse home cage with a 3D-printed training module, equipped with a nose-poke port, water spout, and a pivotable lever. It features a high-resolution encoder for tracking lever movements and an RFID system for identifying individual mice. The task involves a 'hold task' where mice are trained to pull and hold a lever within a specified range to receive water rewards. Data collected over two months includes task performance metrics, lever trajectory data, and video recordings of trials. The repository contains the data collected from B6J.zQ175 KI (zQ175) mouse model of Huntington Disease and Wild-type (WT) littermates grouped housed in the automated homecages.
