This record contains the data and code reproducibility package for the manuscript “A Local Time-Flow Atlas for the Moon and Mars: A Reproducible Relativistic-Geodesy Framework for Surface and Low-Orbit Clocks.” The package includes Python scripts, configuration files, raw lunar and Martian gravity/topography input files, SPICE kernels, region-definition files, manuscript figures, quality-control figures, CSV tables, diagnostic profiles, benchmark-check outputs, quality-control reports, and a run manifest. The workflow computes body-specific local clock-rate fields for the Moon and Mars within a weak-field relativistic-geodesy framework. The reported products include fractional frequency offset Δf/f, effective potential difference ΔW_eff, and equivalent-height interpretation h_eq for static surface clocks, static body-fixed shell clocks, and idealized circular-orbit clock variants. The baseline computations use a 0.25° global grid, with Lmax = 360 for the Moon and Lmax = 120 for Mars. All products are referenced to the body-specific area-weighted mean static-surface effective potential. The archive is intended to support reproducibility, verification, and reuse of the workflow and numerical results reported in the associated manuscript. It does not claim operational navigation, time-transfer, clock-synchronization, or mission-performance improvement.
