It was reported that the CDK4/6 inhibitor, palbociclib, can enhance ATRA-induced myeloid differentiation in HL-60 cells. Therefore, in this study, the changes in mRNA expression patterns were precisely and comprehensively analyzed Overall design: Human acute promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells were treated with ATRA alone, palbociclib alone, or a combination of both for 48 hours. Changes in mRNA expression patterns were compared to those in untreated HL-60 cells. Triplicate samples were prepared for each condition
