NSW Address Location Service

The NSW Address Location Service web service allows the user to enter an\r\naddress and pinpoint the location of that address.\r\n\r\nThe NSW Address Location Service is derived from the Geocoded Urban and\r\nRural Address System (GURAS) database. \r\n\r\nThis web service allows users to easily integrate NSW addressing\r\ninformation into spatial platforms and applications.\r\n\r\nThe addressing web service provides users with a unique and unambiguous\r\nidentification of an address site and its location within NSW. The ability\r\nto identify the location of an address supports a wide range of business\r\nfunctions including: the delivery of products and services, public safety,\r\ncommunication and socio-economic and demographic analysis.\r\n\r\nThe GURAS database is the authoritative property addressing system\r\nfor NSW.
