Title: Gender Role Attitudes among Working and Non-Working Women Description: This dataset contains responses from 187 women (111 working and 76 non-working) on gender role attitudes using 8 Likert-scale statements. Each respondent has a total gender role score calculated by summing the responses to these statements. The dataset also includes employment status to compare attitudes between working and non-working women. Variables: ID: Unique identifier for each respondent working_status: Employment status (1 = Working, 2 = Non-working) Q1 to Q8: Responses to Likert-scale gender role statements (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree) gender_role_score: Sum of Q1 to Q8 (higher scores = more egalitarian attitudes) Format: Excel (.xlsx) with two sheets: Data – Respondent-level data Codebook – Variable descriptions and coding scheme
