Data and code for: Does the degradation label decide the management priority? A label-specification test for coastal forest risk models in the Mekong Delta
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the point data, trained models, diagnostic reports and code that reproduce the numbers, tables and figures of the article "Does the degradation label decide the management priority? A label-specification test for coastal forest risk models in the Mekong Delta" (submitted to the Journal of Environmental Management). It covers 12,000 stratified sample points across five coastal provinces of the Vietnamese Mekong Delta (Ca Mau, Bac Lieu, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Ben Tre), 2015–2025, with Sentinel-2 NDVI, Sentinel-1 inundation and backscatter, Dynamic World land-cover trajectories, elevation, distance and population predictors; the final degradation labels; the spatial-block train/test split; the tuned and calibrated XGBoost models; the label-specification test (five label specifications, 200 paired spatial-block bootstrap refits, per-specification re-tuning); and the image-based audit record. Run the scripts in code/ in order (see README.md). Data and documentation are licensed CC BY 4.0; code is MIT-licensed.
