Processed data and code for Manuscript: Global quantification of mammalian gene expression noise

Repository contains all processed data (eg. technical noise, networks, protein halflifes, MOFA, ...) neccessary to replicate all Figures / extended data Figures as well as well as code to process the data and reproduce the figures. Original mass spectrometry data / direct outputs are stored on PRIDE and RiboSeq data is stored on GEO (Accession numbers will be provided once accessable / uploaded). Code and data zip files contain info.txt files for further information. Main processing scripts are numbered according to the order they need to ne run.
