收藏资源简介:
This repository contains data supporting the manuscript:Label-Free All-Electrical Tracking of Individual and Collective Cell Migration on a Megapixel CMOS Capacitance SensorHyuntae Jeong, Pushkaraj Joshi, Yinshi Hu, Jiwon Kim, Anh Hoang Vu, Jacob K. Rosenstein, and Ian Y. Wong priprint : https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.06.16.731623 This deposit includes processed quantitative datasets used to generate the figures, representative raw imaging datasets. All processed data required to reproduce the main analyses and figures are included in this deposit. Repository contents It contains the source data used to generate the main and supplementary figures. These files include the processed quantitative values plotted in the manuscript figures, such as cell tracking metrics, optical-flow measurements, capacitance measurements, tissue spreading area, velocity-field summaries, and, fitting results. It also contains representative raw imaging datasets used to demonstrate the analysis workflow. These may include representative phase-contrast time-lapse images, fluorescence images, CMOS capacitance imaging data, and tissue or spheroid spreading image sequences. The actively maintained version of the code is available on GitHub:https://github.com/TaeJeong0127/CMOS_chip_analysis Software requirementsThe analysis scripts were run using Python Data availability noteThis deposit provides representative raw imaging datasets and all processed data required to reproduce the main analyses and figures. Due to the large volume of files, some datasets include only selected representative image frames. The complete original datasets are available upon request.
