Loamy soils under and nearby deadwood after mass windthrow in mesic broad-leaved forest

Our study is an attempt to determine the role of decaying wood of different tree species in shaping the properties of loamy soils of mesic broad-leaved forests located in the Central Russian Upland (Kaluzhskie Zaseki State Nature Reserve).
