Near-duplicates are flagged with a risk level (CRITICAL, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW). Critical duplicates are blocked from registration; lower-risk overlaps are surfaced for review.

## Getting started

After installation:

1. Open the Snowsight **Permissions** tab for the app and bind your first approved tables, views, and an execution warehouse

2. Grant your data analysts the appropriate application role (APP_ADMIN, APP_USER, APP_VIEWER, or APP_APPROVER)

3. Open the app and configure approval committees and duplicate detection thresholds via **Admin Settings**

4. Register your first metric — the form takes about three minutes Additional tables and views can be bound at any time, either through the Snowsight Permissions tab or directly through the **Admin Settings → Data Sources** panel inside the app. A guided sample dataset and prebuilt metric examples are available to help you evaluate the platform before connecting your own data.
