SUMMER: Dataset of human single-neuron activity during an 83-minute movie from 2,286 neurons and 29 patients

SUMMER: Single Unit activity during a Movie in human Medial temporal lobe via Electrophysiological Recordings. This machine learning-ready dataset contains single neurons activity recorded from the medial temporal lobe of 29 intracranially implanted epilepsy patients as each patient watched the same full-length commercial film, "500 Days of Summer" (83 min. runtime). In addition to the 29 sessions, this dataset includes 53 frame-wise annotated movie features such as character presence, location, event boundaries, and main character speech. We also provide manually-reviewed electrode localizations, spike sorting quality metrics, and waveform information for each neuron.
