CD8+ T cells derived from mouse spleen were activated by CD3/28 in vitro and divided into the following four groups. 1. The control group was treated with solvent (water). 2. Lactic acid treatment group was treated with 10mM lactic acid for 3 hours; 3. Lithium carbonate group was treated with 1mM lithium carbonate for 3 hours; 4. The lactate/lithium carbonate combined treatment group was treated with 1mM lithium carbonate combined with 10mM lactate for 3 hours. The samples were lysed with Trizol and then total RNA was extracted for RNASEQ sequencing. Sample TE11-13 was CTR2 in the control group; Sample LA11-13 was LAC2 in lactate treatment group. LC11-13 was LCcase2 in lithium carbonate treatment group. Sample LALC11-13 was LALCcase2 in the lactate/lithium carbonate combined treatment group
