The .zip file contains two transcriptions of Norwegian cookbooks, both dating from approximately the late 18th and early 19th centuries. They belong to Maihaugen Museum in Lillehammer, Norway. Both cookbooks are written in Gothic handwriting. The language is Danish, which was the official written language in Norway at the time. The transcriptions were produced using a combination of manual transcription, Transkribus and corrections. The .zip file contains exported images, XML files, and transcriptions in .txt, Word, and PDF formats. Please read the READ_ME.txt before use.
