Gene expression profiling of knock-out of Rv2869c/Rip1 in M. tuberculosis Erdman and Rv3193c in M. tuberculosis H37Rv

This RNA-Seq study of gene expression in M. tuberculosis was done as part of the FLUTE project (NIH grant U19-AI107774, Eric Rubin, program director). There a 16 samples organized as a 2x2x2x2 design. There 2 replicates each for: a knockout of Rv2869c/Rip1 and its parental strain (Erdman), and a knockout of Rv3193c and its parental strain (H37Rv), each grown in either 7H10-glycerol media or in the presence of phenanthroline (an iron chelator).
