中国西南地区历年月度干旱指数(1951-2016)和8天频率土壤湿度(2007-2016)数据集覆盖的区域为中国西南地区,其范围包括:四川省、重庆市、云南省、贵州省与广西壮族自治区,面积136.23万km²。该数据集是在scPDSI(self-calibrating Palmer Drought Severity Index)数据(University of East Anglia)和ASCAT(Advanced SCATterometer)数据(European Space Agency Climate Change Initiative, ESA CCI)基础上,进行区域统计分析和标准化处理得到。该数据集包括中国西南地区以下数据:(1)1951-2016年scPDSI干旱指数年际变化趋势数据;(2)1951-2016年月度scPDSI干旱指数数据;(3)2007-2016年8天频率主动微波遥感土壤湿度百分比数据;(4)2007-2016年8天频率标准化CCI土壤湿度时间序列数据。数据集存储为.tif和.xls数据格式,.tif数据的空间分辨率为0.5°。数据集由2个文件组成,数据量为98 KB(压缩为1个文件,压缩后数据量为31.7 KB)。
This dataset contains monthly drought indices (1951–2016) and 8-day frequency soil moisture data (2007–2016) for Southwest China. The study area covers Sichuan Province, Chongqing Municipality, Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with a total area of 1.3623 million km².
This dataset was generated through regional statistical analysis and standardization based on scPDSI (self-calibrating Palmer Drought Severity Index) data provided by the University of East Anglia and ASCAT (Advanced SCATterometer) data from the European Space Agency Climate Change Initiative (ESA CCI).
The dataset includes the following four types of data for Southwest China:
(1) Interannual variation trend data of scPDSI drought indices from 1951 to 2016;
(2) Monthly scPDSI drought index data from 1951 to 2016;
(3) 8-day frequency active microwave remote sensing soil moisture percentage data from 2007 to 2016;
(4) 8-day frequency standardized CCI soil moisture time series data from 2007 to 2016.
The dataset is stored in .tif and .xls formats, with a spatial resolution of 0.5° for the .tif files. The dataset consists of 2 uncompressed files with a total size of 98 KB, which is compressed into 1 single file with a size of 31.7 KB after compression.
