A new Ribociclib derivative, Rib-GW, exerts anti-breast cancer effects through activation of the endogenous apoptotic pathway

RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis revealed 1,187 differentially expressed genes, and functional enrichment analysis showed that these genes were significantly associated with the apoptosis pathway. Overall design: To study the role and mechanism of Rib_GW in breast cancer, we conducted Rib_GW treatment and untreated control experiments on MDA-MB-231 cells. Subsequently, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA sequencing data from the Rib_GW treatment group and the DMSO control group.
