五味藿香片中橙皮苷的近红外光谱在线监测关键数据集

1、数据采集：从五味藿香片的原料药材中，提取得到提取液样品；通过将取液样品用近红外光谱仪扫描得到近红外光谱数据；同时采用HPLC法测定提取液中橙皮苷的含量指标。
2、数据处理：
（1）根据提取液样品的提取过程，生成提取过程关键数据集，包括：不同产地原料药材提取液中指标成分的测定结果对比数据、橙皮苷含量以及提取操作数据；
（2）根据近红外光谱数据和橙皮苷的含量指标进行关联的过程，生成a、近红外定量模型建立的数据集，包括不同煎煮次数下校正集和验证集样品橙皮苷含量分布范围、光谱预处理数据等；b、提取过程的图谱数据集，包括提取液的色谱图、橙皮苷含量的RCCR值变化趋势图、近红外光谱图等多种图谱数据。
3、数据应用：本数据集适用于五味藿香片的生产研发场景，可为五味藿香片的优化和药效提升的研究提供数据支撑，提高五味藿香片在治疗抑郁障碍方面的病症的功效。

1. Data Collection: Extract samples were obtained from the raw medicinal materials of Wuwei Huoxiang Tablets. Near-infrared spectral data were collected by scanning the extract samples with a near-infrared spectrometer. Meanwhile, the content index of hesperidin in the extracts was determined via high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
2. Data Processing:
(1) A key dataset of the extraction process was generated based on the extraction procedure of the extract samples, including comparative data of determined results of indicator components in extracts from raw medicinal materials of different producing areas, the content of hesperidin, and extraction operation data;
(2) Based on the correlation between near-infrared spectral data and the content index of hesperidin, two subsets of datasets were generated:
a. Dataset for establishing near-infrared quantitative models, including the distribution range of hesperidin content in samples from calibration set and validation set under different decoction times, spectral preprocessing data, etc.;
b. Spectrum dataset of the extraction process, including multiple types of spectral data such as chromatograms of the extract, trend charts of RCCR values for hesperidin content, near-infrared spectrograms, etc.;
3. Data Application: This dataset is applicable to the production and R&D scenarios of Wuwei Huoxiang Tablets, providing data support for research on the optimization and efficacy improvement of Wuwei Huoxiang Tablets, and enhancing its therapeutic efficacy against depressive disorders.
