we used the MCAO mouse model to explore the neuroprotective effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on ischemic stroke by combining behavioral, histopathological and 16S rRNA sequencing methods. At the same time, the method of fecal bacteria transplantation was used to explain the mechanism of its effective intervention in ischemic stroke, focusing on the regulation of intestinal flora.
