Floral resource provisioning in urban gardens amplifies parasite and pathogen risk for bees

This data set contains the average rate of parasite and pathogen infection for honey bees and bumble bees in urban garden sites in the central coast of California. It also include the R code used to analyze models and results. These data are provided in support of an up-coming publication, citation forthcoming.
