Identification and Characterization of Potential Deleterious Nonsynonymous Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in TCF7L2 Using Integrated Bioinformatics Analyses

This repository contains the dataset and supplementary files for the manuscript “Computational Investigation of nsSNPs in the TCF7L2 Protein Associated with Type 2 Diabetes Using Bioinformatics, Protein–Protein Docking, and Molecular Dynamics Simulation.”The upload includes structural models, docking outputs, and molecular dynamics simulation data used to evaluate the effects of selected nsSNPs on TCF7L2 protein stability and function. All files support reproducibility of the computational analyses presented in the manuscript.
