Larval connectivity between 9 salmon aquaculture sites in Loch Fyne, Scotland. The sites used here match the sites used in Adams et al. 2012, but values are calculated using the outputs from the more recent WestCOMS hydrodynamic model and a particle tracking model, described by Adams et al. 2016. Connectivity values are calculated mean values over 85 14-day simulations, with start dates separated by 7 days, covering the period 04/07/2013-15/02/2015. The matrices (c_dX.dat; X=[1:14]) indicate the proportion of particles released from each site that arrived at each other site on a given day of the simulation (Lakey, 2015). Presented matrices are a subset of matrices covering the same period for all active sites within the WestCOMS domain; the numbers assigned to sites on the figures reflect their index within the full matrices.- Number in filename indicates day of arrival.- Row of matrix is the source site.- Column of matrix is the destination site.Sites are organised in the presented matrices from south to north (site IDs: 117, 115, 111, 113, 112, 116, 109, 108, 114).
