E14Tg2a mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) were grown in serum+LIF conditions (Day 0), embryoid bodies (EBs) were formed using hanging drop culture (Day 3), and EBs were plated and differentiated to a mixed culture of ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal cells (Day 21). Genomic DNA from Day 0, Day 3, and Day 21 cultures was subjected to Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read DNA sequencing.
