Transcriptome sequencing in castor racemes

Comparative transcriptome analysis of racemes from 2 parents (i.e., 9048 and 16-201) with significant differences in growth stages was performed at the budding date (BD), the initial flowering date (IFD, about 25% female flowers of the raceme have flowered) and the full flowering date (FFD, more than 75% female flowers of the raceme have flowered), respectively.
