In this project we have exome sequenced a collection of tumours from mice who developed radiation induced malignancies as a model of second malignant neoplasms (SMNs). We aim to identify drivers that contribute to the evolution of these tumours and to understand their pathogenesis. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
