Intestinal flora study of ApoE-/- atherosclerotic mice

Preliminary experimental data indicate that significant changes occurred in the levels of short-chain fatty acids in the intestines of mice following the intervention. By analyzing alterations in the gut microbiota abundance of ApoE - / - atherosclerotic mice, we aim to explore the linked effects of the intervention drug on both the phenotypic data of the atherosclerotic model and its gut microbiota.
