Other variables included in the model but not statistically significantly related to outcome: Pulmonary disease, peripheral vascular disease, major depressive disorder, coronary artery disease and/or diabetes mellitus, congestive heart failure, renal insufficiency, CD4 (per 100 cells/mm3), and tenofovir use.
