WRF Version 3.5.1 model simulations over the Maritime Continent for 10 Austral summer seasons (2005/2006 - 2014/2015), V1.0. These simulations were run with a horizontal grid spacing of 4km. Each season was run as a continuous simulation with nudging to ERA-I for wavelengths greater than 1000 km.
These simulations were run by Dr Claire Vincent of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Systems Sciences, as part of a research effort to understand scale interactions between diurnal and intraseasonal scales.
This dataset includes U,V and W wind components, Pressure, Potential temperature and Geopotential, and hourly rainfall accumulations.
