Health Literacy and Postpartum Outcomes

Prospective cohort study of postpartum women assessing association between health literacy and postpartum outcomes. Health literacy was assessed using REALM-SF. Postpartum outcomes were reviewed immediately postpartum (postpartum hospitalization) and at postpartum visit. Demographic and clinical characteristics abstracted from medical record and survey taken at the time of REALM-SF assessment.
