TRAC Mesh for FESOM2

The high-resolution tracer-resolving adaptive configuration (TRAC) mesh is developed for the Finite Volume Ocean and Sea Ice Model (FESOM2, https://github.com/FESOM/fesom2). The TRAC mesh is specifically designed to resolve mesoscale and partially sub-mesoscale processes in most of the Arctic Ocean and selected regions in the global ocean characterized by strong transport and mixing, such as major currents, with the goal of more realistically representing water and heat circulation in the global ocean and their transport from the North Atlantic and Pacific into the Arctic, as well as advective and mixing processes within the Arctic Ocean.
