Genetic Diversity Survey of the Ghaf Tree (Prosopis cineraria) in the UAE

This study investigates the genetic diversity of the Ghaf tree (Prosopis cineraria), the national tree of the UAE. Young leaves were sampled from 204 individual trees collected across different emirates. Genomic DNA was extracted and used to generate DNBSEQ libraries, which were sequenced using MGI technology. The resulting FASTQ files represent raw reads used for population genomic analyses. This submission contains the raw sequence reads for each sample.
