由于MC上存在雌激素受体,因此,内异症病灶局部高水平的雌激素可直接通过其在MC上的雌激素受体结合激活MC从而使其发挥生物学效应。我们首先检测比较非内异症女性的子宫内膜、内异症的在位内膜和卵巢型内膜组织的E2浓度和MC数目与脱颗粒率,同时分析局部雌激素水平、MC脱颗粒数量和患者的疼痛程度之间的相关性;再通过细胞共培养后观察E2促MC脱颗粒后能否促神经轴突生长及外周敏化;最后检测E2干预异位和正常内膜
