Intestinal flora dysbiosis, associated with insulin resistance, increased intestinal permeability and inflammation, may play an important part in the development of NAFLD. In the research, we investigated the effect of L. plantarum ZDY2013 administration on gut microbiota dysbiosis in diet-induced NAFLD mice. It was found that L. plantarum ZDY2013 can improve intestinal flora and intestinal permeability to alleviate inflammation.
