Data related to voclosporin-associated adverse effects from the FAERS Database

The data covers the most recent data available since the approval of Voclosporin from Q2 2021 through Q2 2024. In-depth and comprehensive analysis of adverse reactions associated with Voclosporin using four disproportionate methods, including Bayesian and non-Bayesian methods.The highest-level term used in the Supplementary table to encode all AES is the System Organ Class (SOC) based on the Regulatory Activity Medical Dictionary (MedDRA, Edition 26.0). We screened a total of 88 valid terms related to Voclosporin, which were classified as preferred Terms (PTs).
