Transcriptome analysis of common wheat

In this study, we generated transcriptome data for miR9772-OE (OE) and wild-type (WT) plants under control and salt treatment conditions. The OE has been previously shown to decreased salt tolerance in plants, but the underlying molecular mechanisms are poorly understood. By comparing the transcriptomes of OE and WT plants under these conditions, we aimed to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways that contribute to the decreased salt tolerance phenotype of the OE. Our findings provide insights into the molecular basis of salt tolerance and may have implications for the development of salt-tolerant crops.
