Alteration of the intestinal microbiota of Strongylocentrotus intermedius after stimulation by pathogenic vibrio bacteria

The mechanism of action between these two marine pathogenic vibrios and Strongylocentrotus intermedius intestinal diseases was investigated by analyzing the changes in the intestinal microbiota of S. intermedius after stimulation by Vibrio splendens and Vibrio alginolyticus, respectively.
