The sleep sensor collects the user's cardiac interbeat interval data in real time when the user is in bed. Cardiac interbeat interval refers to the time interval between each heartbeat and the next heartbeat, with the unit of millisecond (ms), which is recorded in the cardiac cycle field. The total number of cardiac cycles is counted as the length of the cardiac cycle. Calculate the difference between every two adjacent cardiac cycle data points, and record this difference in the adjacent difference field of cardiac cycle data. Count the number of cases where the absolute value of the adjacent difference of cardiac cycle data exceeds 50, which is defined as the count of NN50. Finally, calculate the percentage of the NN50 count relative to the total length of the cardiac cycle, which is the heart rate variability PNN50.
